Betchy Garden Agent Tonight, Doctor Alexandra is dictating the situation concerning the constitutional dilemma in Middle East policies which the UK left in its will before moving on, with particular reference to Yemen. She has given me instructions to do research into the defunct UK’s contacts with the Arab states in the Persian Gulf in relation to a case for the war crimes tribunal at The Hague. She also passed on to me a document which she took from the publications and records of the house of parliament using her skills as Betchy Garden agent. This file outlines what the UK parliament knew already in 2015 and 2016 concerning the dire situation in Yemen, where the Saudi air force has reduced the land into abject poverty through a campaign of bombardment of civilian infrastructure. “ Holy Roman Emperor” Pays a Price In 1077, the German emperor going by the name of Henry IV made a long winter journey with his family to Italy, passing in the snow and ice through the Alps all the way to Canossa in order to surrender to the pope. A dispute had broken out when the pope, who was elected by the people of Rome, introduced reforms concerning the investiture of clergymen. From now on, only the Italian clergy in the person of one of their own, namely the bishop of Rome, or pope, could decide which people were appointed in administrative church positions in Germany – and indeed in any country. The Italians, by way of their papal system, had excommunicated and deposed Henry and given him one year to surrender, beyond which time the papal decree would become irrevocable thus excluding him from being able to reclaim his title of emperor. A Decree from the Ænglisc Rīce Chancellery Today’s publication at The Party is coming by decree from Alexandra’s office in the Chancellery. She has dictated some notes concerning a masterpiece from Italy that need to be put together into a more or less coherent script, recommending that we start with reference to Charlemagne, king of the Franks in the second half of the eighth century and later emperor of a very large kingdom comprising numerous lands and peoples. I the Hun have been given temporal authority to expose one of the biggest frauds in history and which emanated straight out of Italy, and this seal expires tonight at midnight – by which time I must have presented the papers at the  Ænglisc Rīce Chancellery  for proof-reading and then, once approved, printed them off at The Party . Communion The following text was written in 2019 and refers to a communion that took place not long after the Mexican events described in our previous edition.
